Is it possible the universe we're experiencing is really a hologram projection from a lower-dimensional universe?
If the calculation performed by Japanese theoretical physicists are correct, it's possible everything we experience, our reality, is in fact a hologram. If this is indeed the case, we may find new and better ways to mathematically express our universe. This in turn could solve a number of presently insurmountable quantum physics problems and resolve the connections between quantum physics and general relativity. One of those 'problems' deals with the properties of black holes, something that has puzzled physicists and mathematicians for decades.
One other possibility that may come about should the hypothesis be found to be so: A warp drive that could pave the way for us to explore the stars.
