Oh. My. God.

Just when I thought they couldn't get any stupider.

In one instance, we have a politician that doesn't understand the definition of median income, stating he thinks it's a shame that 50% of Americans have an income below the median and that he'll work hard to do something about it.

The latest incident: The EPA wants to ban the use of argon gas in pesticides.

What makes this stupid? Argon makes up just under 1% of the gases in the Earth's atmosphere. It is an inert gas, meaning it does not react with any other element or compound. But the EPA thinks it should be banned?

What's next? Nitrogen?
